Hello,
This might be stupid question, but how can I remove the lead balls from the small air pipes that I had to plug with lead balls, without messing the air pipes diameters?
I want to remove the Jet doctors as I can not tune the carbs right after installing them.

A tiny drill in your dremel will do the job.

I have 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm drills. I'll start with the smallest one.
I did not find anywhere a very small tap. That way I would have tapped the 1mm or 1.5mm hole and create a small press with a screw... Maybe I will find small wood screws that would lock in the lead and use them to pull the plugs.

Strip the carb down and use a small torch to melt the lead.

too close to the lead plugs that cause the "dellorto drip" in my opinion. Get the carb too hot for a second, loosen those by accident, and then you've made an awful mess of things..
They're not hard to get out, I've done it. once you get through it with a small bit you can pretty much pick the ball out with a dental pick.

I managed to remove all lead balls. I used a 1mm drill then a 1.5mm drill and then a dental pick. I also changed the jets and now it runs sooo smooth with smaller jets.
