Eurovan remove/instal slider window

Recently the slider window on the sliding door of my 2002 Eurovan shattered when I closed it. I must have had a rock or small object in the sliding track.

It has been a challenge finding someone that will just sell the window without the door but I finally found one locally. How do I install the replacement window? If I need to remove the molding will it need to be replaced?

Any advice, pictures or diagrams would help.

Window is bolted in I believe, have to take the interior trim off.
