Thought this would be a fun topic...
I have been a member on The Samba for several years now and have read countless threads with claims from people having a daily driver. Now is your chance to prove it! Let's see pictures of your daily driver at work from those who dare to brave the morning and afternoon rush hours!
Here is my 57 Kombi outside of my office.

I know when I was in California last year, I drove 2200 miles in search for a bus........never seen but one VW beetle on the road the entire five days I was there. So it doesn't apear they have daily drivers anymore....lol. |

I very rarely see a vintage VW on the road. More beetles than buses for sure. Usually a bay Window if it is a bus. Almost never a Split unless a show/meet up is nearby.
This topic isn't relegated to California though. Post away.... _________________ 69 Sunroof Deluxe - Montana Red/Cloud White (Sold)

Great topic!
Weather was so good this year I broke it out in early February.
Got a bit of snow after that.
Today:
3475 miles so far this calendar year, generally commuting to work. |

Yesterday around noon I was merging onto the I 10 in Redlands, California from the I 210. A 1968 light grey single cab pulled up beside me, in my 1961 light grey single cab. I think its all in the matter of timing.
I am recently retired so I don't have to drive one of my VW's to work any more ! I used to drive my VW's to work in rotation and they were parked at the shcool (sic.) right beside the highway. Anyone going to or from Big Bear knows what I am talkng about. _________________ Roads Scholar &

It's almost ALWAYS that I drive my bus to work!
Here it is at a car show at work:
This here is more like everyday, though rarely at the #1 spot.
It's either ^^^that^^^ or this:
Though since the Bug is currently out of commission, today is this:

It's funny to see just how different our Busses are in comparison to modern day vehicles.

After roof rack

I'm pretty much WFH these days, so alas I dont drive the bus to work every day.... and I swear I've got a number of pictures of the bus in the parking deck at EA Tiburon between '09 and '13, but I'm failing to find them at the moment....
