Does anyone know of a rear hitch mount bike rack that would be compatible with the GoWesty storage box?

We're hoping to put a storage box, and rear tire mount on the left of our van, and then a hitch mounted bike rack off the rear bumper hitch. Just concerned that the ~16" depth of the storage box might not allow us to use a hitch mounted bike rack...

I suggest buying the bike rack you want and adding a 2" receiver extension as needed. The one below is a 14" extension although other lengths are available.

If you have the GW bumper, their swing away can also accommodate bike mounts: tire and box on the left, swing away bikes mounted vertically on the right. Having the receiver bike rack out behind the spare tire and box will extend the load out quite a bit behind the van and may interfere with the tire/box swing away.

Hope that helps.
