Could be 27 years old since West Germany ceased to exist in 1990, depending on when the company changed the logo stamp. Looks like "FE" is there a name above the circle below the "ORIGINAL" stamping?

"LF" from my monitor. Perhaps a company that starts with "L---" and "Fabrik?"

Stamp magnified looks like EFF ELL inside stamped 'Original Product' FL
