i'm looking for a dual solex 28 pci linkage for my car
manifolds doesn't have any part to fix a linkage
in your opinion what will be the best solution?

What engine do you have? The earlier engines has less options than the post-August-1960 ones. Also, hos period correct do you want it to be? CSP carries a lot of options for the newer and their linkage for the WW Okrasa is a god base if you have the earlier style.

Post a picture of your manifolds here. That will help to answer your question precisely.
But for examples:
If carbs are side to side set up, then CSP is a good option.
If carbs are front to back set up, then probably best to get a custom Gene Berg linkage.
If it is a cable linkage then motorcycle shop or bicycle shop.
