| The 19.5mm from top of carb. body to fuel, is that measured with the float removed or in the gas? |

I go from the top of the fuel bowl (with the top off) down to the level of the fuel in the bowl. I leave the float in place as the float will let you know exactly where it stops allowing more fuel into the bowl.
