I've always been slightly disappointed with the variety of 181 shirts online, so I made my own! My girlfriend and I launched a company one year ago making longboards and skateboards from reclaimed woods and my Thing is the company car. I just came out with a new shirt design featuring 'Harviee' and I made a discount code for Thing owners - 25% off - SAMBASKATERS

Thanks for looking!

Never seen an XL or XXL guy on a skateboard; probably a good thing. |

Maybe not, but plenty of them wedged behind the steering wheel on a Thing. |

We have great shirts at Kubel Treffen East (just sayin').
It sure would be great to have some people from the far reaches attend. |

We've got XL in limited quantities. I'll add it to the site.
I don't mean to step on anyone's toes - those kubel east shirts have a great graphic _________________ PUSH Potaito

Tait-
You're not stepping on anyone's toes!
I was just trying to drum up participation in KTE.
It would be great to have some adventurous young guys form up a California and/or Texas contingent for the next Kubel Treffen East.
I understand there's a Kubel Treffen West planned for June somewhere in southern Cal. That would be a heck of a Thing ride for me, but I still have a little "spirit of adventure" left in me, so who knows.
For me, Sam will always be the Mileage King.
Good luck, Mondshine |

June 9, at El Prado Park (wherever that is).
Apparently, it's a big VW weekend in that part of California.
I guess Maxine would be grateful if I were to disappear for about 10-12 days
Still, it's a long, long Thing drive.
You can read about it on Facebook.
I joined Facebook to connect with more Thing people with the hope of expanding participation in Kubel Treffen East. We need some "young blood" (and more old blood too). |

I'm gonna bring this thread back now LOL, here's some shirts I've designed and am selling on TeeSpring-
https://teespring.com/the_thing_dubwerks
and since yellow wasn't an option for shirt colors, there is a shirt specifically made with a yellow thing- https://teespring.com/the-thing-yellow _________________ '67 Beetle L41
