FINALLY back on the Pan.

That milestone took about 5 years Shocked

I am still happy with the color choice and the motivation is kicking in right now Wink

Antoine, you will have that moment too Cool

@Metz: I would recommend not to use an adapter ring to mount the smaller tach into the clock housing because I had no space left for stock lights. I had the problem that the single bulb of the tach is not sufficient to get any light into it. I had to add some LEDs to fix that problem.

Thanks @Jeff, I will probably have to open the fuel gauge due to dirty glas. Speedo looks good, what you see in the picture is just an reflection.

Yesterday I have check the tire fitment. I am planning to go with 185/65 R15. With the drop plates there is no problem even lifted. BUT this is not the final wheel. I have a set of OG Sprints 4" + 5,5". Fronts are fine with 33mm offset but the rears have 6mm offset. In comparison to the picture this makes +9mm. With enough camber I see no problem but I am a bit concerned when the car will be lifted.

Last but not least....I think we sometimes have to be proud for the steps that we have already made instead of complaining about failing to keep or own schedules. Good things take take their time. The lesson that I have learned so far is that you should not force any progress in cost of the fun in building cars.

So maybe some of you are demotivated sometimes as well?

That's my remedy:

Someone should start a before-and-after thread. For motivation and as a record of Ghia history.
