I installed my console today. Very happy with the purchase of this! The longest part of the install for me was having to file off the paint on the lower portion of the table leg. It won't fit in the hole in the console until you get it down to bare metal. It would have been much faster with a bench grinder, but since I no longer have one, I had to file it down by hand. At least it is sunny in Seattle today, so it wasn't too bad to sit outside and file away in the sunshine.

I am interested in BROWN also, but doesn't seem like there are as many people interested in that color as they are for the black one. I think I count 3 of us so far. So don't think we will see a group buy for the brown ones.

Has anyone with the console wired in the Blue Sea battery switch yet? I'd just love to see a DIY on that if anyone has mounted it and wiring to the switch etc.
I did the USB chargers at the front using the cutouts and added a wiring hole to pass the charger through into the small box instead of coming from the grommet at the front map pocket.

I have not installed it yet I probably would have by now as it looks really simple but I have a oem rubber floor mat for the front and aisle that I have been meaning to install for a few years. I need to take my carpet out first.

Just finished a few big chores on our boat and yard. Console should be close to next. Planning on the blue sea switch and a couple USB ports.

Heard back from Dave. He's 12 weeks out but happy to do a run of brown ones; once we reach 10 confirmed he'll provide a promo code.

I don't mind being the contact person even though I'm not brown, but Dave prefers the contact be part of the group. Is one of you brown people (erste maybe?) willing to take over the brown list?
