This seller advertises an item with free shipping - see screenshot below.

I paypal him the purchase price on Jan 8.

On Jan 13 he contacts me asking for shipping costs:
"Hi im sorry but i need to cancel this. shipping is going to be $12.00.
thats a cost i cant eat. if you want to send $10 for postage ill ship tomorrow. otherwise i need to cancel this"

I agree to cancel and he does not refund the purchase price.

Eventually he responds to my emails and promises to refund me on Jan 21st.

As of today Jan 26 there is no refund, nor response to to my last email.

Update: On Jan 29 I received a refund. Thank you Everett for assisting with the matter!

I should have checked his feedback prior to purchasing.

Emailed the seller on 7/30 to see if it shipped. No reply. Emailed the seller again on 8/2. No Reply.

Will request refund on Monday if I don't hear back and let Everett know of Henry's repeat bad seller behavior.

Still no reply from the seller so I have requested a refund and notified Everette. Don't buy from this guy and hopefully he gets banned. Cheers

Don't buy from this guy. He finally sent a refund without an email like a coward, but of course I get stiffed with the fee. He has since reposted the ad and I'm surprised The-Samba allows "sellers" like Henry. Boycott Henry.

10/24/19: I sent money through PayPal to the email the seller provided.
11/3/19: I emailed seller for an update. No response.
11/7/19: I emailed seller for an update. No response.
11/12/19: I emailed seller for an update. No response.
As of 11/13/19: no product, no response, no refund.
Item is still posted for sale.

I noticed he hasn't visited since you bought it:
Last Visit Date in his profile is Oct. 22, 2019

I'd open a paypal dispute, it seems like this has happened before according to the above feedback.

springs (with harmonic dampers) . I received them on April 18 2020 . They were

as described and well packaged . When I got the PayPal address wrong , he

emailed me with the correction . My experience with seller was very good !
