Fitting doors on a 911

I'm completely frustrated trying to fit doors onto my project car. I've tried 4 different doors (1 driver, 3 passenger) and get the same results with all. I can get a decent gap along the back, bottom, and front. I haven't spent any time to perfect it yet but I can adjust the door easily to get me in the ballpark (4 mm gap all around more or less). The problem is along the top of the door where it meets the A pillar and front fender. The gap is huge (10 mm)!!

Because of the shape of the back of the door, I can't just raise it. It will close the gap of bind if I do.

Any suggestions?
