Today there was held the annual military swap meet not far from my home.
I pictured again the VW parts.
Some nice ones in between.

One of my favorite annual events -- Carsten's photos!
I were there, I would not have left without that cyclonic air cleaner. I think I would like to own one of those! _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.

I'm curious....has this swap meet ever been cancelled due to snow?
Thanks for sharing the "cool" pix as usual! _________________ "Criticism comes easier than Craftsmanship"

Lever shocks I saw just very few and did not ask for prices.
I would expect them there in the normal range you see them for on other swap meets as well.
Of course you can be kucky and pick something real cheap. But that can happen anywhere.. _________________ Master of my domain! |

Go back later, after everyone has packed up and gone home and sniff around for the pieces left behind that were covered in new snow... _________________ Roads Scholar &

Yesterday had been held the "other" meeting.
Wich is more of a drivers event with just a small swap meet.

My friend told me about this meeting (he was there with his Typ82E) but I thought: 10 old cars and a few guys selling stuff, that's not worth a 100km trip.
Maybe I was wrong...he sent me pictures from the convoy of WW2 vehicles in the snow and driving through the woods. It looked great! |
