Does anyone know of a thread about fixing bowed in quarters. I've had it on a bunch of my bugs but this is the first time I'm fixing it. I'm guessing it's a common thing (the quarter panel is bent in along with the curve of the fender). I'm trying to avoid quarter replace mental, hoping you guys have luck other ways. Thanks.

That damage is typical of a front impact. The repair procedure depends on how wrinkled the rest of the panel is under the fender. _________________ Brian

With the fender off, you could probably hammer and dolly the areas that you could get to the back side of. _________________ scrapyards are for quitters

Those wheel housings need to be stretched back out. Looking at the curves as 'dents' is going to require doing a lot of metal shrinking while still leaving the wheel housings a shorter length than designed. _________________ My beetle is not competing with your beetle.
