Covered only 10 to 15 miles but got up to temp anyway. Installed a new Grateful Dead sticker and filled tank because last time I ran out.

Look at those prices, it is non ethanol premium that’s the only consolation😀

Upper left hand corner notice the dispensary selling pre rolls. These mom and pop stores are everywhere now. The downfall of western civilization is here.

Not today, but earlier this summer at a local show supporting special needs children. They have an "old town" with a service station.

I took the autostick out to my friend Pats shop, he sold his business a few years ago and is now selling the building in 2 weeks. My gallery is full of pictures of my old cars over the years at the shop and will miss being able to work on stuff there.

At a minimum, I drive the 77 to soccer on Friday nights, because then I still have a parking spot for my truck on the street in front of the house.

This week the wife's car is in for some paint/body work, so she is driving our son's car, so he is back to driving his 77 that I always take to soccer. Shocked

No it’s just a generic tie dye with a VW emblem. I often dress the part of a time traveler beamed in from some parallel universe😀

Spent the weekend finally installing my new beam and lowering my 68 with my dad. Had some nice weather, so I had to take it for a little test drive. Loving this stance.

Thank you! Took years to get it to this point, but it's been well worth it!

Yellow is just a stand alone color, looks good. I also favor pastels like those used in the 50s. Look around everything made in the last 10 years is a boring white, grey, silver and lately the surplus army olive drab and battleship grey etc. Is it cost or performance of water based paints? Who cares your bright colored cars command attention, looking good my brothers.

Yep, they definitely turn heads. Much more so than that other modern pallet of "50-Shades of Asphalt."
