Yes it should fit, the shifter is just like the late model bug shifter.

Mine has an Empi shifter, just a bug part.

I have a Berg shifter. The curved one that they call the 14" (extended) "rapid shift" model. I love it. I'd trade my engine before I'd let do of that.
