Starting off a new feedback thread for "Luftfreund" with the highest possible accolades. When part of the merchandise I purchased turned out to be defective (a surprise for both of us), he was very quick to set the matter right, and promptly dispatched a first class replacement part. He was excellent about responding quickly throughout the episode, and was a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend doing business with him to anyone who has the opportunity.
