Hello all,
Just purchased a 1962 ragtop and was wondering why there are so many different radio antenna locations?

Prior to 1967 there wasn't a set radio antenna spot so they were all dealer installed. The dealer decided where the antenna would be, as in if it was on the left or right and how high or low it would be mounted. Yours looks to be in the spot that became the spot the factory put a hole for it in '67. _________________ '67 Beetle L41
