Anyone know if there is a way to (or have done) mod to Terra's fender flares to work with a syncro with factory fender spats (all 4 wheel wells.) Thanks!

You may [edit] be trying to keep the spats, but you can remove them. They are screwed through holes in the fenders into the spats themselves. Often one or more screws get rusted in and snap off if you try to remove them, but the spats can come off.

I know I can take em off, but I kinda like the look of the spats...they are wider at the bottom than the fender flares, so I'd like to incorporate them. Maybe someone has done this?

there's no option besides removing them....
I put the flares over them... they look good and even give a wider protection
|

I'm missing one Splat on my Syncro.
Does anyone make these?
I do want to get the Terrawagen guards eventually |

Interesting idea! I'll mock them up and see what it looks like. Did you screw the flares into the spats?

Anyone tried to mount the spats outside of the flares?
Similar to what Projekt Zwo did on all edges of the 16 inch flares on one of their modified syncro:
