I would agree with this colour being what you are looking for, having spent years looking at original period painted items, some of which I still have. I would be interested in having the mixing ratios for the colour, as every time I have paint mixed, it varies slightly.

I believe that one is to 1942. 43-48 takes the steel one. from what I can tell
I considered that one for my 46 . kafer-nostalgie
say's it's to 47 . I do not think that is correct. looks cool though
