When I close the sliding door, there's still a gap along the rear of the step well. The door is for sure closed all the way. Anyone know if this is a common occurrence and if there's a fix/solution? Nothing seems to be loose. I may end up just putting some foam in there to cut down on the noise.

What did you end up doing? I have virtually the exact same issue. I tried one round of self adhesive foam but it didn't stick very well. I need to do another round of sealing with foam.

I've gone as far as tossing a roll of adhesive foam in the van Laughing . One of these days I'll clean the edge below the sliding track and put it on. Since I posted this I've seen many other folk with the same issue using the same fix. I can't believe this problem was this widespread.

There is some adjustment that can be had by loosening the bolts that hold the rollers on. Both the rear and the bottom rollers. I would suspect the rear roller adjustment might do it, bringing the roller closer to the sliding door.
