Mine rattled apart. I think I have all the pieces, but can't figure out how it all goes together. A picture is worth a 1000 words....
Talking about the pull latch the keeps the rear bench seat down when it's in the seat position. Thanks

My seat stays down thus I don't feel the need to latch it (nor un-latch it).
You might consider quitting while you're ahead?

Agreed on the latch delete.

Life is easier when lifting the bench seat is a one handed affair.

I'm just hoping I don't have a rollover that releases the contents (mostly apparel and footwear but also some clunky things) into close orbit.

Hated that latch!
Stuff under the seat would shift blocking the lever from unlatching!

You're ahead of the game, god smiled down upon you and broke your latch!
Consider yourself blessed.

I have a perfectly working latch, however I cannot find the metal hook/loop that slips into the latch. It appears to be a 3" center between the screw holes. I can't see to find anything online that fits where the original metal loop goes. Any ideas? Amazon has a lot of "eye strap loop" items but none seem to match the size of the original loops (shown from another post)

I store some heavy stuff under the seat and want to avoid it flying into my head if something bad happens.

Check and make sure the spring hook has not sliped off. Should see it on the top side of the latch.
