I have a brazil splitbus from 1975.
The motor in the bus has a BJ code.
I think this is a 1300 cc engine.

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox.

you can find also infomations, but from what i have seen, brazil buses have a lot of miles, and also MANY engine rebuils. you can find inside the engine ANYTHING. better thing is to open them and inspect carefully. also because the quality standards of the machining and selection of useable parts is very different than european (or Usa) standards.

The motor is a good running engine.
Only thing i wanna do for now is to adjust the ignition. Therefore i need to know the timing to adjust the ignition.

What distributor does it have installed?
This might determine the timing.

It might be best to post some photos.

7,5 or 10 will work, but the engine is very tolerant due to the very low compression.
