Has anyone else experienced this type of fitment issue ?
If so what should I do to make it work?

That all looks pretty standard for pattern panels these days. I think some of yours looks worse where you are matching pattern panel 'a' to pattern panel 'b' - neither side of the joint is factory or correct geometry.

The only solution is to re-form the panels to fit, how you achieve this depends on the tools and skills you have available, and the level of finish you want to aim for. Use as many reliable datum points from original metal as you can, and copy from the other side of the car if original metal is still fitted there.

Yeah, that is pretty much the norm when using the cheaper black panels. I have the same issue with my 59, but sometimes the black panels (klokkerholm, dansk, zito pereira) are the only options when you can only find donor panels that are as rusty as what you already have, as is the case often here in Sweden, as they pour salt on the roads....

If you do not have the tools to rework the panels that you already have aquired, i really think the best option would be to find donor panels from another vehicle, maybe there is a car locally that has had some rear end damage or similar.

If you have not yet sourced panels for the A-pillars, i can highly recommend Hookys panelshop for those, i just recieved mine and they are outstanding!

Regards
Tobias

I already bought an nos a pillar, i wish i would have known about hookys their stuff looks to be Good Quality,
I dont want to go beating on a brand new panel but i may not have a choice. Before i do that i have a few ideas, it ocurred to me that the edge that butts up to the panel may be to long, so im going to compare it to the other side first.
