I went and got some insurance yesterday for my 71 Bay and took my new puppy for a spin in her. Everything went well then found the brake pedal getting soft and finally was near no pressure. When I arrived home I checked the brake fluid and was near full so not likely a wheel cylinder, does anyone have any ideas before i dig in and start trouble shooting?

FYI the pooch loved the bus I envision many future road trips with my wife and pooch!

sounds like a bad master cylinder. Normally I do the wheel cylinders, disk calipers and master all at the same time. The brake fluid absorbs moisture and the moisture causes the cylinders to rust.

Have you checked you're power assisted brake hoses for leaks ?

Check your soft lines. Have someone hit the brakes while you inspect. I had this happen to me a year or two ago and the soft line was ballooning when the brakes were applied.
