How much do you think I could get for them? I'm trying to sell unnecessary parts to fund a bus.

Ok, thanks Glenn, I'll probably put it at $30 right in the middle.

The shrouds are pretty much standard 1600 shrouds that cover many years. It looks like the one on the right still has the articulating cooling fins that attached to a copper bellow to adjust airflow-so that would be from later than '67. I don't see the fins on the right shroud.

Clean them up and you might get $30 for the right one and little less for the left one.

Left one does not have the 4 holes near the bottom edge for attaching the air flaps using the M6 tin screws, making that an early 40hp "fresh air" that still used the moveable round air collar at the air intake on the back side of the shroud. Unless I'm mistaken and the round air collar was discontinued entirely after the "stale air" early 40hp shroud. The right one, having those flaps along the bottom of the shroud, would be fresh air which would fit from about '63 thru '70. Corresponds to a mid-life 40hp 1200 thru the 1600 single-port engines. If it were a doghouse shroud for a dual-port engine (started for the '71 model year), it would not sit flat against the ground due to the doghouse on the left back side, and you'd have that short, pinky-sized pipe coming out of the shroud at the "1:00" position. Remove and keep all 3 of those cream-colored spark plug wire holders- they are factory original and are not repro'd in that color; only in black.
