They look very similar to Cosmic wheels:

... but to my eye, don't quite match exactly.

Possibly an imitation Cosmic?

They sure don't look at all cosmic to me- given they have a non-vw tight 5 bolt pattern. Perhaps an early 80s Porsche pattern of Italian design?
