Does anyone have any info on this low light Ghia toy? I do not see any markings. Is it missing the interior or did it not come with one?

I believe that is made by PMC a USA company out of Wisconsin. Made I think around 1959 - 1960. One of the few USA companies making toy VW's that early.
They also made Type 1 sedans in different colors such as the same color as this KG and Salmon - maybe other colors as well?
As for no interior they did make them with a plastic interior insert as well as a clear plastic insert representing all the glass. Maybe someone knows a little more than me about this but I think they did make a version without an interior? |
