Bolts to the front bumper bracket. don't remember what year they started that, 73?.

I just tried to look that part up - it's in one VW German language parts book, but only as line-drawing image of the part, when you look for item 16, the parts list simply skips that item!

I need the part you are inquiring about. It is for a 73. Mine is missing. It part of the front bumper mounting, makes it more rigid. 73 was the last year of the solid bumper mounts USA model.
