What are these??

I have an 1982 Westy diesel. There's a slow fuel drip underneath near gas tank. Trying to figure out what these are so I can replace them.

Looks like a pump or two to help starting when you have air leaks into the lines... or maybe the Eberspächer fuel pump? I cannot see well...

Those are fuel pumps for the heater booster. If the heater booster is inoperable you can remove them. If it works I would try changing the fuel lines first. The leaks might just be the lines. There is little to no pressure there and those line could seep for a long time to look like that. Not like the pressured lines in a gas van that can blow out.
