Have read many forums regarding non traditional / experimental carb set ups. Most just fizzle out with no results. I am looking for a performance carb option for a 2.7 powered kit car I am rebuilding. Last car I built is an mg midget that among many other mods I installed & tuned a set of 4 34mm Keihin side draft carbs (motorcycle) to fuel injection quality. Given the engine configuration it would seem to be far more difficult on a flat 6, linkage etc. Other options, (don't want to spend the $ on webers or pmo)
Single 4 barrel on custom intake? 3 double carb units from a large V6 outboard? Other ideas are welcome

Zenith carbs originally came on the 2.2Ts and are relatively cheap.
Parts are finally available to set them up for other engines up to a 3.0.

PORSCHE = $$$$

Get the PMO, you'll cry only once. Then enjoy many miles of driving.

I've seen that, even spoke to the 4 barrel guru himself. He doesn't recommend it on a street car. I am considering the triple jet ski carbs. Polaris 750 has a setup that should work nicely.

750 carbs will be way too small it will run like a 67 VW. The 4 barrel manifold will work great with a Holly 450 dbl. pumper. You will need to plumb your oil lines through those fittings as the plentum needs heat to vaporize the gas or it will stumble and die when cold and never run right.

750 x 2 = 1500 x 2 (2 stroke) = 3.0 liter Two Strokes taken twice as much air as a 4-stroke. Bottom line is the size of the Venturi all else can be worked with
