12mm studs with 4x130

I bought a set of Western Wheels Turbines and would like to stud the drums, but want to be able to put some steelies on here and there if needed for flats.

Will the early 12mm nuts for stock wheels work to hold on the later wheels that took 14mm bolts??

4 on 130 uses 14mm hardware only.

I don't want to run screw in threads and can't find mag lug bolts for my mag wheels. I have an old set of Western Wheels turbines I want to run on the car.
