I'm really liking what you're doing here. Thumbs up from Colorado!
What model of Webasto heater is that and where can I find one?
Have you considered putting seat heater elements under the upholstery? Just finished building a Bus for a customer with them and they are for sure going into my next build. |
I found a used one and had it been checked and rebuild.
It's a Webasto Air Top 2000ST 12 volt on petrol, most of them are for diesel fuel.
With the heater on I don't need an extra seat heater I guess.
Here is a Dutch seller, I hope you can read it.

Nice work. Smart to secure the bay window tank filler neck vs. letting it nudge around more than you'd like.
Excellent choice with Webasto. I drove on a traverse from the edge of Antarctica to the South Pole (and beyond) and back several years ago and my Case Quadtrac's Webasto never blinked in extreme conditions over 84 days of traversing! You'll be so hot you'll be driving in your Speedo! |

The petrol lines to heater and engine are ready.
Including a shut off valve for security reason and against theft.
Also made a hole in the side for the 230V connector.
It's a stainless steel connector with a waterproof cover when not in use.

The grommet dampeners are sassy. In the long run will the hose pooch at the tee be a cracking point? The juice inlet is yachty. |

I don't know what kind of English this is, but it's difficult for me to understand what you mean. The hose is E10-proof, is that an answer? |

Me try interpret:
See the number 12 on the hose?
See how it is stretched right there to go over the pipe?
Will it crack there from stress some day?

I got the handles back from the chroming company, which are now better than new.
Meanwhile started cleaning the inside of the lifting roof.

The aluminum strips really had te be cleaned.
After that, I started with mounting the canopy.

Probably copper plated steel. Copper by itself is not going to hold up to such high pressure. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

The canopy now completely mounted.
I made some holes oval to make it a bit adjustable after mounting.
After that I cleaned and sanded the inner side of the roof before I put it in plastic primer.

Yikes! I don't even think you're allowed to run those in Canada _________________ My '65-Subaru EJ20 Turbo conversion |

With well-made double flares these copper lines are very common here in Europe.
Only used without ABS. |

Yes, a special copper magnet does. |
