2 questions about the brake circuit

Hi all,

I'm currently reassambling my '71 early baywindow, but have to question about the brake circuit :

Is this dust cap mounted the right way? or should it be the other way around?

Also I have the 2 lines to the brake cilinder switched, is this a problem or can i leave it like that? (i switched the 2 red arrows on the picture)
