This is the seal that helps to keep wind and rain from coming right through your front air grill and annoying you.

("This seal is designed to allow you to seal the air flaps behind the front grill on all years of baywindow bus. Without this seal you will not be able to stop that cold breeze in the winter.")

And, after 40+ years, they have seen better days.

These seals have been scarce for many years (although they were available as NOS at exorbitant prices: $43.15 / €45.09 each, and you need two) from Custom & Commercial in the UK.

However, there is good news. The Pros down at West Coast Metric has repro'd them. (Don't freak: at the time of this post, they had not arrived quite yet)

Here they are: 211-259-157

Thank you West Coast Metric!

Hell yes! I can fake the large gaskets with foam drips, but those boots will be excellent to have! (I’m on my third used set, and tired of harvesting them off wrecks...)
