|
|
Hello,
As i am in the middle of a restoration project of my karmann 1972 coupe, can someone tell me whats the length of each of the roof bows that are needed so that i can fit the headliner material properly with the roof having the correct curvature?
I dont have the original bows.. Are all of those four needed bows of the same length??
Thanks a lot |

This may fix my situation... I removed them one by one, but when I put them back in... One has a curve to it. I may have mixed them up by accident. But have a while before I need to correct it. This will help when the time comes. _________________ My 70 beetle was totaled Now to build the Ghia I always wanted. Rest in peace Ruby, I will miss you. Hello <insert Ghia name here>! |

c21darel thanks for the information...I will try the lengths you suggested...
Looking at the post that you attached they pictures show that the bows have a curvature on their ends ... But it is a bit unclear .. Given that the bows that we buy are all universal at 48 inches and straight, how can we apply these curvatures on the ends ???
Thanks in advance |
