Hi!
I took my fuel metering head off to paint it. I took good pics and I know what hose goes where, but when putting things back together two small problems occurred.
1. One of banjo bolts (larger one) has a back up valve inside. Where does this bolt go? There are not so many bigger banjo bolts, but back up valve in wrong place might be a bad idea...
2. One of banjo bolts had a small fuel filter inside. I found it on my desk and no idea where it came from...
All deatil pics I could find are not precise when it comes to banjo bolts.
If anyone could help me with this dilemma I would be glad! |

With the exception of the four banjo bolts going to the injector lines, I believe all the bolts are different diameters to avoid this being an issue. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

Thanks.
Actually at the fuel filter output and metering distributor input has same bolt size. Back up valve seems to work in such direction that fuel filter output might be the only possibility. Am I on right track with this?
