This is going to be another good one, that much is obvious already. Great start on it. There is only one problem...
"Maria das Dores" is getting jealous watching you give your best to the military Thing and now your home-made Hebmuller. Look at her back there packed with all those parts!
You do incredible work, very thorough. This project will show you are an artist. The Mx top looks like a perfect fit. How in the world did you ever figure that out?
Looking forward to your next post. _________________ 1966 Sportsmobile Camper https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=...mp;start=0

Thanks for your kind words.
Well, that's true... "Maria das Dores" is still on a corner... and with five and half years watching others arrived after her and saved first... but she will be a very pretty girl at the end! I promiss that the "Peças" ("Parts" in english), the other beetle, will be after her... She's a real storage... Her parts, spares for the 181, others from Lapa... and many more...
About this project... whe will try to finish in less time than the 181. The MX top was an idea one day when I look to one with him closed... and I think to my self: "That's very similar in size and shape"... Some search on ebay make the rest...
Some news soon... I hope! _________________ http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=538182 |

Did I miss it? What are your plans for the front windshield? front end looks good, but that windshield is really out of place. Keep the updates coming. _________________ 1960 Convertible |
