I have just recently aquired a 1974 Reviera. It has a fridg (and it works) and a crusty smelly wet dirty interior in it.....not to mention the mice poop and other junk....with that being said im looking for an interior and some Reviera pics to see what it looked like new and specs....Finally, I may sell it after some body work, fresh paint and refreshed interior and what ever else is needed. it will look brand new when complete. I was just wondering what the market is for the Reviera as i have only delt with Westy's until this point....I don't want to do all the work if i can't sell it to pay for my other VW projects....

Im located in Rhode Island..
thanks

I think the layouts were very different, probably even custom to what the customer chose. Mine is a 79 and is a completely different layout than Tim's 78.

Sorry for the lowsy picture, but you can see that mine has a Stove/Fridge cabinet behind the passengers seat and the sink is in the large closet/furnace cabinet behind the drivers side. The other thing that I absolutely love is the bed in back is full width, much nicer for sleeping!

I have driven this little bus and it drives like a dream, nice tight steering. Solid body too. Original Engine I think! The Riviera camper stuff is all still there inside and in good condition. I think she paid something like $7K for it about 5 years ago. Now she has an offer but to an overseas dealer for $9K I think.
