We have had some intermittent issues with our van where when we bought it it would idle up the air pump would run it would idle roughly a bit than smooth out. Recently I’ve noticed that it will no longer idle up and my wife has experienced some difficulties getting it started. Long crank. It won’t idle up when it’s cold out any longer. I replaced the temperature sensor ( ecu/gauge sensor ) and that hasn’t changed its behavior still doesn’t idle up like it used it when cold ( it’s been on the low 40s ) anyone have anything I could look for 😬

Sounds like a throttle body issue. A good cleaning and reset the adaptations with Ross Tech software might help.
