Hello everybody!

This is Walter from Kaefer-Nostalgie.

As you know, we are improving our manufacturing methods to get high quality parts, exactly as the original ones. Thats the reason we started new partnerships with other manufacturing companies, combining efficiency, quality and competitive prices for our VW lovers.

Here is some advances on some of the our new improved parts....

Coming soon! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Heater rings - Spinning mold + polishing + anodizing

This part is originally polished aluminum, we also decided to produce some polished + anodized units to offer (take a look at the second picture) getting a durable "mirror" finish. Many cars, many styles.... unrestored preserved, fully restored... Now our customers can decide which one fits their ride better!

We did a great effort to produce all the ID plates for your VW Early beetles (Split, Zwitter, Oval 1956-59, 60 and up).

All these ID plates are listed in our Website (kaefer-nostalgie) and also in TheSamba.

In this particular case we would like to present the famous ID Plate for Zwitter, using a CNC stamping mold. We get an exquisite reproduction, is like having an NOS part over your hands.

All our customer ask us "are you able to stamp my VIN chassis", our solution is to offer the correct 4mm steel Stamping numbers (available shortly) in order allow each customer to stamp their particular number.

Here you can see a picture of our ID Plate for Zwitter (bare) before nickel plating process to get the correct appearance.

Here we have the fist bakelite samples of shifter knob, hood release cable knob, choke cable knob, ashtray knob and the famous dash pod switch knob!

We are still adjusting some details to get a perfect part.

As you saw in the previous post we are producing each part using a CNC injection mold produced ... Here you have a professional method of production.

Any doubts, comments... I ll be here waiting for your feedbacks.

Walter.

Please, enjoy our parts...

Kudos to you for reproducing these nice parts. Just an opinion since you asked for feedback. Putting down a competitor who's helping keep the hobby going in the same thread is not very classy.

As you know, we are improving all our methods of production, in this case we present a door interior handle die casting (injection mold). If you see the pic, carefully, you will note two details: 1) chromed "mirror" finished (you only get this quality surface using an injection mold with a high quality material and chromed plating process). 2) You will see our new Company Logo, VintageWagen. Our aim is to produce all the parts for VW Beetlles (for every year) combining price and quality.

Hope you enjoy this new interior door handle production!

Any comments, suggestions, here I am!

Thanks!

Walter.

Apparently he (Walter) does as the comments have been removed.
Let's face it a little competition is healthy as long as it's fair...
I like the look of the new products, without seeing them in person the quality looks first rate...

Walter , we all shouldn`t forget about francisquito humble origins , he is from Argentina as well as me , and he moved to Brazil looking for cheaper manufacture , HE MANUFACTURES IN BRAZIL AND HE SELLS FROM BRAZIL , I know that the Florida address and the stars and stripes flag have more charm , but his manufacture comes from the good ol` Sao Paulo , BRAZIL ... don`t fool customers about where is your marvelous extra terrestrial manufacturing processes from the third planet from the sun , coming from , don`t get yourself fooled by frisquito as well , you`re just his puppet ......ask what happened with his former partner from Louisiana .....and btw , no , my parts are not from resin , b/r

Gotta love Google Translate:

"Face chubby dale .... stop barking from behind, so much hurts you have failed so stunningly ???

You do what every Argentine does: cover the sun with your hands and ignore any reality ....

I know it hurts but the sooner you accept it better

FAILED"
