Hi All,
I purchased a 57' 36hp motor that sat in a shed in Tasmania for years.
With the intentions to rebuild it as an Okrasa. I'm currently trying to work out the camshaft gear size + -
I've found a few marking on the cam that came out of the engine (pics attached)
O. Timing mark.
0269. (Stamp on the came) which has me thinking Feb 69.
111 109 111 ( Cast ) This Number does not correspond with The Bentley Book for camshaft so.
0710. ??
Would appreciate help on the camshaft issue .

The small, four-digit numbers are inspectors' stamps, not date codes. _________________ Thanks,

111 109 111 is the # for 36hp cam gear. the camshaft has a different # 111 109 101 it is between the lobes. the + or - should be stamped on the gear. sometimes they did not mark them. _________________ 55 deluxe 23 window bus

These are the only markings on the cam gear.
So thanks for the information.
