I hope AnAutomotive doesn't mind me sharing their photos, but I thought this interior was pretty impressive and wanted to share it.

Looks kinda crowded in there, especially in the back. Got to love the dash though, one place I've been thinking someone could make some money with an upgrade. That Audi dash seems to have more buttons and switches than necessary for a Vanagon but I've always thought that our dashes leave a lot to be desired.

Really nice work! Wonder how much of the equipment works?
Thanks for sharing.

Speechless......

It seems the entire thing is too low, too car like......
pedals in the wrong place, etc.
i'm guessing a photoshop?
If not, a heck of a lot of engineering work!

I love this. Lot's of work. I found this one a while ago on vanagonhacks. http://www.vanagonhacks.com/2015/01/the-nicest-vanagon-interior-you-will-ever-see/

I like this one because it appears they managed to keep it a bit more upright and forward. Even has some of the original Vanagon steering plastic.

I am also leaning towards a photoshop as well, based on looking at the building...but i am a very untrained eye. This interior is friggin awesome!

I'm guessing that's the interior for the discriminating driver with a very long torso and extremely short legs. It's visual candy, though.

No mass manufacturer makes better looking interiors than VAG

To me it looks like you lose that "sitting over the front wheels" BUS feel...

Now it's just another car....

Who do I make my check out to? like others I wonder what all works and does not.
We've met these type of tuner guys at German events, and they say when the weather gets bad they just lock themselves it the garage all winter.

Interested in the rear seat set up. Looking for ideas better than a z bed or other bench. Comfy and safe. Any rear set up pics? Thanks.

The fabrication around the door panels and dash is incredible.

Seeing these impressive projects leave me feeling like I'm still working with stone tools...

Love the leather, certainly appreciate the amazing fab quality this took, beyond that I hate it.

Our vans look correct, this looks crammed and thirty years wrong, like cramming a Craig Plowerplay and big woofers in a Model A.

To each their own, I still have wooden teeth. Wink
