It is one of the two that is about all we know currently, I didn't climb in to check the tunnel as the car is full of general trash. Dash and trunk tags were both gone.
It is for sure not a 68 the fuel pocket didn't have the finger pull.
Someone had started to graft in a new front apron clip it is currently only held in place by a few pop rivets. The front fender installed and in the car are 74 and later.
It has an auto stick pedal cluster installed.
Car was also full of small batteries that we think were falling out as I towed it.
Also I lost a fender off the trailer somewhere between the Sunshine Bridge crossing the MS River and Prairieville, LA. So if anyone see it let me know and I will go pick it up.  |

Gonna roll the patina.thought you knew 😜 Gonna be a challenge to get the aftermarket Baja fenders and front clip to match. Should be interesting.

Mostly electrical. All relayes were fried.I drained the oil which had a lot of water in it.Then put in fresh oil. Next pulled the plugs and turned it over. Only one cylinder had a little water pop out. I also cleaned out the intake and MAF. Put in new plugs and she fired up.
I had her driving in first day

What are u talking about. I think u quoted the wrong thing. I’m sure your talking about the “up for trades” post or perhaps you skimmed through this thread and seen the old AD and assumed. I’m not a noob here trying to sell a Jetta. Have you seen my post count? & Ive been gone over 6 years . I had just put that out there concerning a trade.
