So I have 100+ wiper motors I want to test all different kinds some are just the motor some are complete assemblies. I'm not an electrical guy so other than positive and negative I got nothing lol. Thanks for any help

Terminals changed over the years, so it may be best to look for part numbers, and google them to establish a year. Then you can check the wiring diagrams in the technical section, and know how to test them. One speed, two speed, self-park, etc are some of the variables. And watch how they ground carefully.

Be very careful testing the ones still attached to a regulator, those things would love nothing more than to separate you from a digit or two.

Yes, it depends on the year.
Some are very simple as they are only on/off and often ground via the body (mounting bolt).
Later ones are more complicated as they have more connections and may self-park as well.
This means they have a connection that has constant power so that when you turn it "off" it still has to power to finish the parking motion.

Yes... remember that they have arms and gearing that magnifys the force coming out of the motor. It can definitely mess you up if you get a finger caught in there.
