My 70 double cab is missing its front splash pan and needs its steering box either rebuilt or swapped out for a better unit. A guy locally wants to sell me both parts from a 1971 bus, he says the parts are compatible with my 70 double cab. I'm not that knowledgeable if they are so I'm asking the samba community for some advice before I give him any money. Will a 71 bus front splash pan and steering box fit my 1970 double cab? Thanks for all the help! Aloha |

Yes, like most of the undercarriage, it's one of those parts that is not truck-specific, either. _________________ John
