First my deepest respect to every man and woman who served there. A truly thought provoking series. Points out the flawed decisions and thinking that not only brought on the war but caused it to last so long. Gut wrenching and pretty sad but definitely worth a watch. Again, deepest respect and admiration for all who served. _________________ 67 zenith blue sunroof

I just finished the series. It was spectacular. I agree, those soldiers have my full respect. _________________ Contact me at [email protected]

I have the series on the DVR but not viewed at this time. The series sounds interesting to me as I had a low lottery number but never was drafted. _________________ Volkswagen: We tune what we drive.

Just a couple of weeks ago they brought remains home of downed pilot.
58,000 that's a lot of people to lose. You need to google Everett Alvarez Jr. and find out what he has to say about Gulf of Tonkin. |

I tried watching the series on my ipad through the PBS app but now it wants me to "contribute" to my local pbs beneficiary to watch episodes 5-10 _________________

Might want to check local PBS affiliates in your area on the tele. I was able to DVR all 10 for free although had to wait a few weeks to capture all.
Remember it's viewers like you that make this programming possible. |

If you have a decent internet connection you should never be paying to watch any TV/movie ever again.

Been watching recorded episodes, difficult to watch but totally engaging. What a mess that was. Thankfully I was too young at the time to know what was going on and had two brothers that missed it due to college and age. |

2,500,000 killed is the middle estimate between 1955-1975.
About 500 per year are still killed in this theatre from Bombs, mines, frags _________________ .ssS! |

Another gift that keeps giving ?.. agent orange there are still areas poisoned and birth defects still happening..
About 10 years ago a good friend of mine died from agent orange. Actually he died in 1969, just didn't know it and took years for poison to finish the job. He left me a 65 double cab. Every time I see that truck I think of Jim. |

I watched the series on You Tube when it was running on PBS. Didn't feel like waiting for new episodes. Probably more links out now... |

Still working through the series as missed episode 6 so now that we watched it spotted a VW 29~30 minutes into it all shot up. Was a right hand drive. _________________ Volkswagen: We tune what we drive.
