I need to redo my interior but I want to do something different... like putting laminate wooden floors on top of my pan, vintage carpet on the roof, ETC .. but I want to get some ideas first ..

Interior materials of choice are wood, fabric, metal, carpet, leather, vinyl, coco, and bamboo just to name a few.
There is a reason people use carpet, leather, vinyl, coco and such, because it looks great, wears good, and is cleanable.
Wood tends to pick up scratches, moisture damage, or the coating on the wood get damaged,
Fabrics unless they are automotive specific tend to pick up dirt or water stains.
