Looking for someone in LA County to open top of VW bus

Hi - I am looking to convert a 1976 VW bus into a food / retail truck (selling pre-packaged baked goods so I won't need a stove top or oven) Currently the bus is a hard top but I am looking for a fabricator or autobody shop in either LA, Long Beach or Orange County who can open up the top and flip open the side window (making it into a counter). Also anybody who can do a paint job.

Budget is around 10k-15k tops - is this possible with this budget?

I'm not sure if he would do it but this is the first person that came to mind as he does a lot of sunroof conversions so at least it's roof work:
