Installing the emergency brake cables on my Manx build and need to cut the cables and install the cable shortening kit. How do I know where to make the cut/determine how much to shorten it?

And specifically ow do you do the install/adjustment/tightening?

For example with the handle up/down/somewhere in the middle?

How tight do you make it?

Anything else I should know? I have looked all over and can't seem to find a step by step with photos or a video. Any help would be great. Thank you!

Have you considered trying to use the search function? These are pretty simple questions that you have now made a new thread about to confuse searches?

Wow thanks for your input that was really helpful. As I stated in my post I have searched and cannot find the answer I am looking for. That is why I asked. Pretty sure that is what a forum is for. If you don't want to respond and help then don't. It's not an obligation.
